Registered Dietitians
Kara McGill-Meeks, MS, RD has a Masters of Science in Kinesiology from JMU and a BS in Nutrition from Miami University of Ohio. Her primary focus is to promote a greater understanding of the links between diet, lifestyle, and overall health. Her areas of expertise include weight management and sports nutrition.
Bonnie Brown has a BS from Virginia Tech and a Masters in Public Health from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. With over 25 years experience as a Registered Dietitian, she promotes optimal health and reduced disease risk through manageable step by step changes. Her areas of expertise senior nutrition and a “non-diet” approach to weight loss.
